Refund policy

At X Beauty, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions:
We only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

If you’ve changed your mind, we can consider a return only if the original packaging is unopened and unused.

Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at customercare@xbeauty.me within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a photo of the product (showing the damage, if any), and a brief explanation.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items bought on sale or part of a promotion.

Personal care products that have been opened or used.
